Product Safety (in accordance with GPSR)
At LIPOELASTIC a.s., we place the highest priority on the quality and safety of all products we place on the market—not only medical devices, but also consumer and promotional products bearing our brand.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/988 of the European Parliament and of the Council on General Product Safety (GPSR), which enters into force in December 2024, we have adopted the following measures:
Our Commitments as a Manufacturer
- All consumer products are provided with due regard to the safety of the end user.
- We ensure that products are correctly labelled and include all relevant safety information where applicable (e.g. warnings, age restrictions).
- Each product is clearly identifiable (code, product name, EAN).
- We are transparent regarding product origin and material composition where required for safety reasons.
Documentation and Safety Monitoring
- We maintain internal documentation for individual products, including risk assessments and technical specifications.
- We actively monitor feedback and are prepared to respond promptly should any potential safety non-compliance be identified.
